Candlewood Suites Houston Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

The staff was the greatest company! Very kind and helpful! They also had a shuttle bus that ran from 8 am to 5 pm. Every hour on the hour. It’s suggested to be in the front lobby five minutes til the hour. The shuttle only travels up to 3 miles. You can call any time for them to pick you up when you are ready but keep in mind that you may have to wait. It was a great location and service having surgery close by.

The staff was really nice, she went over and beyond to satisfy us. It should be more people with customer service like the lady who helped us.
